  • How do I defrost my frozen products?

    A slow and cool defrosting method will prevent any tough meat. We recommend Removing the packaging from your frozen product Place on a flat surface/plate Keep in the fridge overnight Typically one day should be enough to defrost most cuts of meat however, larger pieces may take longer.
  • How long do chilled products last in fridge?

    Chilled meat will last roughly 6 days in the refrigerator that is around 0-2 degree. Warmer fridges may have a shorter shelf life. So please check your fridge temperature.
  • How long do frozen products last in the freezer?

    Our products are all packaged in vacuum-sealed material so that it can be transported safely and last longer. The temperature in your freezer should be -18 C or below.     While freezing chilled meat changes the texture slightly, it is more important to focus on how you defrost/thaw frozen meat.
