    Chilled and frozen items will be wrapped in insulated materials and placed in an insulated box, ensuring they keep their cool temperature during transit. We package our deliveries using the same process.

    Our Customer Service Team will remind you to collect your order. If you do not respond by the third email and final phone call, we reserve the right to discard your order. We cannot hold orders for more than seven days and do not offer refunds/replacements for any discarded orders.
