We recommend that you make your order in person at our fulfilment centre/shop instead of online if you want to do a same-day pick-up. The store is located at Unit B1, 2/F, Block B, Vita Tower, 29 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Hong Kong (same as the pick-up location). If you would like to reserve items for your shopping, you can do so by contacting our customer service.
Please get in touch with our customer service team through either WhatsApp (90951817), our website's webchat, or email (orders@steak-king.com) to inform them of when you are coming. We prefer that you come after at 2 pm or later for same-day pick-ups.
Please also note, we may not be able to defrost any items for you if you choose same-day pick-up.
