How do I cancel an order I've already placed?

If you would like to cancel an order, please do so at least 48 hours before you pick-up/delivery date. Please note that we cannot make refunds if products have already been prepared, packaged, or sent out for delivery, so please notify us as soon as possible. We typically offer refunds in the form of credit notes on your next purchase/order, but can arrange a monetary refund through your credit card provider if you insist. Please be aware that credit card providers typically take around 3 months to issue a refund.
