If you believe the meat you received is off or expired, please follow these steps:
- **Initial Smell**: Vacuum-packed meat may have a musky smell when initially removed from the packaging. However, if you suspect it is off, proceed to the next step.
- **Refrigeration**: Let the meat sit in the refrigerator, out of its packaging, for about an hour. This allows it to aerate.
- **Second Smell Check**: After an hour, smell the meat again. If you still believe it smells unsafe to eat, please do not cook it.
- **Contact Customer Service**: If you're still unsure about the meat or believe it's expired, please contact our Customer Service team. Attach a photo of the meat along with your concerns. They will assist you further.
