To use the gift card you received, please follow these steps:
1. Gift Card Delivery**: All gift cards are delivered via email. Each gift card has a specific value attached to it and is valid for 12 months after the date of purchase.
2. Terms and Conditions (T&C)**: Please note the following terms and conditions:
- The gift card is valid for a specific time period (12 months after purchase).
- You can spend up to the value stated on the gift card; however, you cannot exceed this amount. If your order exceeds the value of the gift card, you can top up the remaining balance with additional payment methods.
- The gift card can only be used for one order. i.e. you cannot use half of a gift card on one order, and the other half on another order.
- Any residual value remaining after the transaction will not be refunded or retained in the card. If your order does not use all of the value stored in the gift card, the remaining value will be discarded.
- Redeeming the Gift Card: To redeem the gift card, you'll find a coupon code provided on the card. During checkout, enter this coupon code into the designated field (see image below).
